Shipping/Handling
All in-stock items are shipped from the store within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped via U.S. Mail unless customers specify otherwise.
Shipping costs are $.0.99 per item/$3.00 handling fee per order. For large orders or special bulk rate, please call 651-214-8282 or e-mail peace@umn.edu.
Returns
Authorization required. Please contact us at (651) 214-8282 or e-mail peace@umn.edu if you would like to return an item. Please do not mail an item back until you have spoken with our representative.
Materials returned must be in resalable condition. Please reference quantities and titles to be returned, invoice or order number, and your reason for returning. Books that you have price-stickered or books packed in Styrofoam peanuts are not acceptable.
Claims must be made within 30 days if we have made a mistake processing your order, or if you haven't received your order, or if your order was received damaged.
We will issue a check to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days.
NOTE: If you are returning items for reasons other than damage or wrong order, shipping charges are non-refundable, and there is a $2.50 processing fee.

Titles published by the Human Rights Resource Center and Growing Communities for Peace are available for wholesale orders. Please contact us at peace@umn.edu with questions. With approved credit, payment terms are net 30 days.
